Followfollow@goodeggs: I love this account, both for the swoonworthy photographs (obviously), but also because it shows the amazing power of a good brand and strong marketing. They’re a groceries biz located in SF Bay. They’re head and shoulders above their competition with gorgeous images and a commitment to being the best at everything they do! Follow for the ultimate #foodporn, as well as some fab ideas for what to cook up this weekend.

gogoA lot of people head out of town for the long weekend, but we’re staying put. Firstly I really just need a feet up sort of break, and secondly it’s tough to find places that will take the two M’s and I’m definitely not leaving them behind while we jet off on holiday! That’s why I was pretty excited to find this article on the best dog-friendly hotels around the world. Consider them all added to my travel wishlist, pronto.

do-doLong weekend means Easter sales, right? And exciting news we’re now on sale with many fabulous pieces at up to 50% off. Please go and check it out – everyone loves a bargain! Some of my personal faves include the large Finn vases, and our own-label drum table for adding a touch of well-travelled cool to any room. Enjoy!

eat-hot cross bunsSorry to sound like a downer, but I’m actually not the biggest fan of Easter eggs. They’re usually overpriced for what they are I think, with tons of packaging and the chocolate’s a bit naff or disappointing. I’m foregoing this year, instead the sweet treat we’ll be enjoying on Sunday are these Dulce de Leche and chestnut purée hot cross buns. Nothing beats a freshly baked hot cross bun still warm from the oven, and these have just enough of a twist to be extra special. Delish!

Have a lovely weekend everyone! I’ll be back on Tuesday with the regular blogging schedule.x
