It’s been a fabulous year for House Crush. I have to confess these are probably my favourite blog posts of all – sneak peeking into people’s amazing pads all over the world is always incredible. I try to highlight some of the coolest homes I’ve spotted, some of which I have had the pleasure of visiting, to share with you guys. Although I have so many crushes that trying to whittle down is never easy!
However, here’s the creme de la creme of your favourite home tours – the top 10 most popular House Crush posts of 2015. I’m so excited that so many of your own homes from my #AAHouseCrush posts have made the cut. It just goes to prove that I have the most stylish, coolest blog readers on the planet! Although each pad rocks it’s own unique vibe, you’ll find a common theme and that is pushing boundaries, taking risks and being bold. Imbued with personality and unusual finds like cool art, intriging furniture, bespoke wallpaper and interesting textiles, this is an intriguing collection of homes that I’ve loved highlighting.
If I had to choose a personal favourite House Crush of 2015, for me it would have to be #10 – Jean-Louis Deniot’s pad in Paris. I visited it when shooting COLOUR, and my jaw was literally scraping along the floor the entire time. I’ve afraid I was probably desperately keen and uncool, but hey ho! His gold kitchen and beautiful little library room were incredible. To make a tiny room so cosy, welcoming, and cool is genius. Enjoy all of the House Crush posts, and I already can’t wait for more beautiful homes in 2016!
